You will usually find three items on your invoice:
1.) The ordered goods and their costs,
2.) the special shipping box and its costs; we use cardboard boxes from Blenk, the costs of which we pass on to you 1: 1. Here is the link to the Blenk website.
3.) The shipping costs from Hermes. We also pass these on 1: 1. Here is the link to the Hermes price list.
By this we mean to present a clear transparency of our pricing. In order to guarantee this transparency, there are no flat rates for shipping; there is also no hidden “calculating” additional costs in the price of our goods.
