Unless otherwise stated, all bottles contain 0.75 liters. We deliver in shipping units of 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 bottles. Standard delivery to end customers takes place via Hermes-Versand. For orders of larger quantities, delivery via a forwarding agency is recommended. We will then automatically calculate the most cost-effective mode of transport for you.
The use of special cardboard boxes for shipping results in packaging costs; we pass on the prices of the manufacturer (Blenk) one to one!
All prices are (gross) unit prices ex warehouse Pleinfeld. There are also packaging and shipping costs. The prices are incl. 19% statutory value added tax, this is shown separately on the invoice. The prices are valid at the time of your order. All previous prices are therefore invalid.
Despite careful stockpiling, it can happen that a promotional item is sold out faster than expected.
Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery. The following applies: only while stocks last. The offer is non-binding.
Our deliveries come to you by courier service. The transport prices of Hermes-Versand apply. [Hermes shipping costs within Germany today: Hermes conditions under: https://www.myhermes.de/wps/portal/paket/Home/privatkunden/preise . In the case of delivery by forwarding agent, the prices of our carrier, Spedition WÜST, Weißenburg in Bavaria apply.
We deliver from 1 bottle.
If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
Youth Protection Act:
In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, we only deliver to people over the age of 18. We reserve the right to check whether you are of legal age.
Unless you specify a specific delivery date, the goods will usually be with you in 2 – 3 working days after ordering.
The transport costs of Hermes Versand or the carrier apply for this.
Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. ( to the PDF → )
If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling you that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unless expressly requested otherwise, we deliver the following year for a possibly cleared variety, as long as it is equivalent in type and price.
Wrong delivery, shortages, breakage:
Should any damage occur upon delivery, we ask for immediate photo documentation. Please notify us directly. We will fix the matter on your behalf. Our customer service has that

Payment is made by invoice. You will receive an invoice from us, which is also an order confirmation. The invoice is usually included with the delivery and is also usually sent to you in advance by email for your information.
We reserve the right to pay in advance for new customers and customers from abroad.
Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of delivery without any deductions. All prices include VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply. The delivered goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
Our wines come from countries in the Middle East, a crisis area. In the event that we cannot provide the service owed due to force majeure, Erlebniswelt-Wein – Georg Dittrich, is released from its performance obligations for the duration of the hindrance.
The place of jurisdiction for both parties is – as far as legally permissible – Pleinfeld / Weißenburg / Bavaria. This also applies to the dunning procedure.
